Honey Vanilla Yogurt Parfaits with Roasted Peaches & Texas Granola

Serves 4 | Ready in 25 minutes (or 10 with pre-roasted fruit)

A creamy layered parfait featuring Mother Culture’s Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt, caramelized summer peaches, and crunchy granola—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients:
For the Roasted Peaches:

3 ripe Fredericksburg peaches, sliced

1 tbsp Texas olive oil or melted butter

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

For the Parfait:

2 cups Mother Culture Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1½ cups granola

Optional toppings: fresh mint, edible flowers, extra drizzle of honey

Instructions:
Roast the Peaches:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss sliced peaches with olive oil, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Spread on a parchment-lined tray and roast for 12–15 minutes, until tender and caramelized. Let cool slightly.

Assemble the Parfaits:
